Description

GK8 is seeking an experienced Technical Customer Success to ensure our customers effectively implement and benefit from our solutions. You will be the main technical contact post-sale. Be the relationship manager to drive revenue for the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding & Training: Guide new customers through onboarding and provide comprehensive training on our products
  • Customer Engagement: Maintain regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction and product usage
  • Renewals & Upselling: Collaborate with sales to identify opportunities for renewals and upselling
  • Technical Support: Resolve technical issues and provide expert assistance to customers
  • Feedback & Advocacy: Gather customer feedback and advocate for product improvements
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, technical support, or pre-sales engineering, preferably in the fintech or cybersecurity sector
  • Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong sense of accountability
  • Willingness to travel approximately once a month
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
