NOC (Student Position)

Description

Ideal Candidate:

• We are looking for a highly self-motivated individual with great communication skills to join our support team in Israel
• The ideal candidate will be a sophomore, junior, or senior currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree Program with a concentration in Computer Science
• Last year of studying bachelor’s degree(3)- computer science from a university- with an average of at least 80
• English speaker with excellent written and Perfect verbal skills- a must
• We are looking for an individual that can be available around 25-28 hours per week. Two -Three-night shifts (8 pm – 5 am), and including Friday morning/evening shifts and /or during a week. Training will take place during the day

Skills and Responsibilities:

• Maintain, operate, and act upon central monitoring systems while watching multiple environments and technologies
• Configure and maintain multiple server platforms as required
• Familiarity with Advanced Network Environments such as Windows/Linux, and hosting facility (Cloud)
• Log and API analysis, Simple development tasks
• General problem-solving and complex system analysis
