AP Bookkeeper (50% Position)

Description

We are seeking a diligent and proactive AP Bookkeeper to join our finance team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will assist with various bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our financial operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Payables: Process vendor invoices in multiple currencies, create new vendors (local and foreign), manage proforma invoices, and handle AP aging
• Vendor Payments: Process payments in the NetSuite system and prepare them for bank uploading
• Credit Card Reconciliation: Perform daily credit card reconciliations and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly and in accordance with company policy
• Recording Journal Entries: Accurately record journal entries and maintain up-to-date records
• Employee Expenses: Review and process employee travel reports and expenses
• Month-End Closing Support: Provide reports, reconcile account balances, and perform other tasks as necessary
