Description

GK8 is looking for a talented and experienced C++ Team Leader to join our innovative development team. In this role, you will play a key part in leading and mentoring a team of developers while designing and implementing the core infrastructure of our cutting-edge products. You will ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability, and contribute to the improvement and evolution of our product suite.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of C++ developers to achieve technical excellence
Develop and maintain the company’s products’ core infrastructure
Design, implement, and optimize efficient and reliable C++ code
Suggest and implement improvements for both current and future products
Collaborate with other team leaders and stakeholders to align goals and strategies

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field – mandatory
At least 4 years of experience in modern C++ (version 11 or higher) – mandatory
At least 1 year of experience in team management – mandatory
Knowledge of Rust – advantage
Experience in developing cybersecurity products – advantage
Knowledge in cryptography – advantage
Familiarity with popular blockchain protocols – advantage
