Description

GK8 is seeking an experienced Senior Pre-sales Engineer. At GK8, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and adoption of our cutting-edge digital asset security platform. You will work closely with our sales team, leveraging your technical expertise to understand the unique needs and challenges of prospective clients and to articulate how GK8 can address those needs effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical Consultation: Collaborate with the sales team to understand the technical requirements of potential clients and provide expert guidance on how GK8 solutions can meet those requirements
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of GK8’s security platform, tailoring presentations to address specific client use cases and concerns
  • Solution Design: Work closely with clients to design customized security solutions that align with their business objectives and regulatory requirements, providing detailed technical proposals and architecture diagrams
  • Proof of Concept (POC) Support: Lead the execution of POC initiatives, working hands-on with clients to help them test the GK8 solution during POCs
  • Technical Training: Provide training and support to clients during the pre-sales process, ensuring that they have the knowledge and resources necessary to effectively implement and utilize GK8’s technology
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, engineering, and customer success, to gather feedback from clients and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of GK8’s products and services
  • Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments in the digital asset space, and share insights with clients and internal stakeholders to drive thought leadership and innovation within the organization

 

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales engineering role, preferably in the fintech or cybersecurity sector
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology, and digital asset security principles – a must
  • Fintech-related experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven track record of driving successful pre-sales engagements, including leading POC initiatives and delivering compelling product demonstrations.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong sense of accountability and a passion for driving new success
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
