Description

GK8 is seeking a talented Solution Engineer to join our global team, supporting our activities across the Americas, including Latin America (LATAM). In this role, you will be responsible for leading pre-sales processes with prospective clients, providing technical support to existing customers, and tailoring solutions to meet customer needs post-sale.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to deliver product demonstrations and address technical questions during the sales process
  • Develop customized solutions tailored to the business and technical needs of clients
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients to ensure a deep understanding of the product and its capabilities
  • Provide ongoing technical support to existing customers, including troubleshooting and training on proper product use
  • Manage implementation processes and conduct customer training sessions post-sale to ensure satisfaction and successful product adoption
  • Work closely with product and development teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to continuous product improvement
  • Deliver technical support to customers across the LATAM region and the United States
  • Adapt work strategies and technological solutions to the specific needs of different markets in the region
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer or Solution Engineer in the financial, cybersecurity, or blockchain technology sectors
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to deeply understand complex technological products
  • Experience working with clients in international markets, with a preference for the LATAM and the Americas.
  • Experience working with global teams in a dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with blockchain technology is an advantage


The base salary ranges included below will be commensurate with candidate experience, expertise and local market. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise. At GK8, we maintain a total compensation philosophy which consists of a competitive base salary, annual bonus, and equity incentives.

Base Salary Range

$130,000 – $175,000 USD
